蕃茄义式面疙瘩
材料
"马铃薯 500克","中筋面粉 150克","蛋 一颗","盐巴 1/4小匙","黑胡椒 1/2小匙","豆蔻粉 1/4小匙","起司粉 100克","番茄罐头 一罐","橄榄油 2大匙","洋葱 半颗","大蒜 2瓣","黑胡椒粒 适量","乾罗勒 适量","起司粉 适量","新鲜罗勒 适量",
做法

1:将马铃薯去皮煮熟后捣成泥,加入主要食材的其他材料拌匀。搓成长条、切成一小块,下锅水煮捞起备用。起锅倒入橄榄油爆香洋葱及大蒜,有香味后加入黑胡椒,乾罗勒拌炒。

2:加上蕃茄罐头,再倒半杯水,加盐巴调味,把主好的面疙瘩倒入酱汁中滚一下,加入少许的起司粉、新鲜罗勒叶或九层塔叶。起锅装盘后可在上面再洒上起司粉,大功告成!
