罗宋炒牛肉附菠菜面疙瘩
材料
"菠菜叶 60g","高筋面粉 120g","水 适量","盐 少许","胡椒 少许","洋葱丝 10g","酸黄瓜丝 30g","红葱头片 2颗","牛肉 300g","蘑菇片 3朵","奶油 少许","牛骨肉汁 200毫升","酸奶 1t"
做法

1:波菜叶下去川烫,冰镇,放入搅拌机打成泥,倒出来加入面粉、牛奶、盐、胡椒拌匀

2:煮一锅水,拿着漏勺倒入面糊,用小火煮熟,好了捞起备用

3:热锅下奶油,下面疙瘩拌炒一下即可

4:热锅下奶油,下牛肉(切薄片)炒一下,放入洋葱丝、红葱头片、洋菇炒香,最后下酸黄瓜拌炒

5:加入高汤和红酒,以小火炖煮,再调味

6:好了盛盘,牛肉上放一匙酸奶即可
