做法

1:肉碎用醃料先醃15分钟备用;粉丝用热水浸软身备用;

2:热好油镬,爆香红葱头放入已调味的肉碎内,炒至9成熟,加入粉丝及调味料一齐煮,差不多收干水,加点葱花便完成
