金钱虾饼
材料
"虾仁 150g","猪绞肉 30g","全家鲜奶土司 3片","香菜叶 8片","黑芝麻 少许","葱花 1T","油 1C","蛋白 半个","姜汁1/2 t","盐1/2 t","酒 1t","白胡椒1/2 t"
做法

1:虾仁抽肠泥洗净沥干水份,以厨房餐巾纸将水分吸干

2:以刀背将虾仁拍碎

3:将虾泥、绞肉、葱花、醃虾料放入碗内,仔细搅拌至有黏性为止

4:全家鲜奶土司以模型压成圆形

5:将调好的虾泥馅涂抹在每片面包片上,整形成半圆凸起圆形,以香菜叶、黑芝麻放上面作为装饰

6:锅热放入一杯沙拉油,油温达150度时转中小火,将虾饼有馅料面向下炸约2分钟后翻面续炸1分钟即可起锅,以厨房纸巾溪除多余的油脂
