麻辣鸡煲
材料
"鸡 1只","干辣椒 12只","指天椒 2只","花椒粒 1茶匙","蒜头 2粒","红葱头 3粒","洋葱 半个","唐芹 适量","芫茜 适量","薯粉 可加可不加","大豆芽 随意","蚝油 2汤匙","生抽 2汤匙","老抽 1汤匙","糖 1汤匙","绍兴酒 1汤匙","麻辣酱 4汤匙","海鲜酱 2汤匙","花椒油 1茶匙","鸡汤 500ml",
做法

1:鸡洗净,切件,用生抽、老抽、糖、蠔油、绍兴酒醃至少半小时

2:大豆芽洗净,沥干水,备用

3:蒜头、红葱头去皮,洋葱切条,唐芹、芫茜,切段,备用

4:烧热油,将鸡件爆香,盛起备用

5:烧热油,落蒜头、红葱头、洋葱略爆

6:加入干辣椒、指天椒、花椒粒爆至出味

7:加入麻辣酱爆香

8:将鸡回镬,加入海鲜酱,略炒

9:倒入鸡汤,并放入大豆芽拌匀

10:最后加芹菜、芫茜、红椒铺面。

11:转锅便可上菜
