葱爆辣鸡煲

材料

"1/2只","1个洋葱","4-5个红葱","4瓣蒜头","20克姜","30克葱","10克干辣椒","200毫升鸡汤","鸡肉腌料","1汤匙绍兴酒","1汤匙豉油","1茶匙老抽","1茶匙麻油","2茶匙糖"

做法

    1:洋葱切成适中大小

    2:姜切片,葱切段

  3. step3

    3:红葱头及蒜头去皮

  4. step4

    4:把鸡切成件,加入腌料腌20分钟

  5. step5

    5:中火烧热浅身平底锅,落油,炒香蒜头丶姜片丶干辣椒丶洋葱及红葱头

  6. step6

    6:加入鸡件煮至金黄色

  7. step7

    7:把鸡件转到砂锅内,加入鸡汤,煮沸后将火调至中火

  8. step8

    8:盖上锅盖,煮10-15分钟,直至鸡件熟透,酱汁浓稠

    9:即可上碟
