做法

1:猪肉糜加入绍兴酒、生抽、麻油、砂糖、生粉及白胡椒粉腌20分钟

2:粉丝泡软,沥干备用

3:用中高火烧热锅,炒香蒜蓉及姜蓉,加入猪肉糜炒熟

4:加入豆瓣酱炒匀

5:加入鸡汤煮开,然后加入粉丝

6:煮至汤汁减少,加入生抽、糖及白胡椒粉
