材料
Butter 3/4 cups
Chocolate 100g
Sugar 1 1/2 cups
Eggs 2
vanilla extract 2 teaspoon
cocoa powder 1/4 cups
flour 3/4 cups
salt a pinch
Chocolate chunks 75g
做法
1. melt the chocolates and butter together on the stove or you can just melt it using microwave (microwave 1 minute)
2. preheat yr oven 180 celcius
3.cool down for 5 minutes and add eggs ( add the first egg and beat then add the other one )
4.add 2 teaspoon of vanila extract and sieve the flour and cocoa powder and add into the batter
5. add salt and beat the batter
6. pour batter to the pan and put some chocolate chunks on top of the batter
7. put the batter into the oven for 180 celcius and bake for 20-25 minutes
小诀窍
don't add eggs to the batter if its still hot becuz the eggs will cooked
