泰式虾饼
材料
"虾仁 600g","透抽 1只","鱼浆 350g","猪板油 100g","蒜头 35g","润饼皮 8张","太白粉 50g","盐 适量","沙拉油 适量","白胡椒粉 适量","鱼露 适量","糖 适量","泰山甜鸡酱 适量",
做法

1:将虾仁,透抽,剁成泥。拿钢盆加入刚剁好的虾仁跟透抽,在加入胡椒粉,太白粉,盐,鱼露(都适量)用手拌匀。铺上润饼皮,加入馅料,边边涂上少许面糊,在盖上另一片,切成4等份(记得戳洞)可拿叉子。拿出锅子,倒油(一半),放入刚用好的虾饼,炸到焦黄即可起锅
