樱花虾米糕
材料
"圆糯米 2杯","干香菇 8朵","猪肉丝 适量","虾米 少许","油葱酥 适量","樱花虾 适量","沙拉油 少许","米酒 少许","酱油 2大匙","蒜蓉酱油膏 1大匙","胡椒粉 少许",
做法

1:备料1:圆糯米浸泡15~20分钟

2:备料2:干香菇、虾米浸泡15~20分钟

3:圆糯米洗净,加入2杯水,电锅外锅1杯水,按下开关,直到跳起

4:起油锅,依序放入油葱酥、虾米、香菇、猪肉丝炒香

5:依序加入酱油、酱油膏、胡椒粉、米酒、水

6:煮至沸腾后,关小火收汁至微浓稠状,熄火

7:取出煮熟的糯米饭,将炒料盛入糯米饭中拌匀

8:盛盘撒上樱花虾即可
