大卤面
材料
"香油 少许","火锅梅花肉片 6片","姜丝 一片份量","蒜末 一瓣","葱切段 一只","洋葱 1/4个","青菜 适量","金针菇 一把","红萝卜 1/3只","油面或冷冻生面条 2把","水或高汤 600~800cc","酱油 2大匙","素蚝油 1小匙",
做法

1:汤锅中倒一点香油,放入洋葱、大葱、姜丝、蒜末、肉片,炒至洋葱变透明、肉片变白。

2:放入所有蔬菜(大白菜、青江菜等),炒一下,倒入高汤酱汁煮至滚,加入面条煮4~5分钟至面条软,即可加盐或酱油、黑胡椒或白胡椒调味

3:如果喜欢稠一点,可调一点点太白粉水勾芡。 美味大卤面完成!
