焗烤马铃薯
材料
"小马铃薯 5颗","小洋葱 1颗","火腿 3片","牛奶 一大匙","花椰菜 少许","玉米粒 适量","三色起司丝 适量","蛋 1颗","奶油 1颗","葱 少许","盐 2茶匙","黑胡椒粒 2茶匙"
做法

1:将马铃薯、蛋洗净对切后放入电锅蒸熟

2:1.把蒸熟的马铃薯中间挖空备用。2.热锅后加一颗奶油将火腿及洋葱丁炒香3.蒸好的蛋、挖出的马铃薯都压碎、加入牛奶、玉米粒、葱、盐、胡椒、葱搅拌调味。

3:将搅拌后的食材填入挖空的马铃薯

4:铺上三色乳酪丝后放入烤箱

5:用花椰菜装饰

6:放入烤箱烤5分钟即可
