燕麦坚果酥
材料
"植物奶油 100g","黑糖浆 200g","豆浆 50g","低粉(全麦) 100g","燕麦片 200g","葡萄干 100g","芒果干 50g","核桃 50g","杏仁 100g","南瓜子 50g",
做法

1:先将奶油微回软打发再加入黑糖浆及豆浆拌匀

2:干粉类食材依序倒入搅拌均匀

3:将面团塑成长条型,烤箱165度烤40分(第一次)

4:烤完后放置稍凉切成适当大小,再侧翻面以150度烤15分即可(第二次)
