"中筋面粉 350g","糖 35g","水 183g","酵母 5g","泡打粉 1g","油 5g","猪绞肉 250g","盐 1/4t","酒 1t","白胡椒粉 1g","鸡粉 1.5g","冰糖 4g","手工酱油 10g","香油 8g","葱花 适量",
做法

1:所有食材(油除外)放入面包机#13设定行程搅拌成团后加入油继续搅打到完成,取出面团松弛5~10分以压面机杆压面片后卷起切成8个小面团,杆成中间略厚四周薄的圆面片,包馅后整型做发酵。

2:发酵完成电锅2杯水蒸熟即可

3:葱肉内馅: 内饀1拌匀出筋—>加入内馅2调味—>加入内馅3拌匀即可冷藏备用
