花生卤猪脚
材料
"猪脚 1只","花生 半斤","青葱 2支","辣椒 3根","酱油 1碗","米酒 2碗","可乐330ml 1罐","八角 5粒","花椒粒 少许","五香粉 1匙","卤包 1包","萃取锅 1台","麦芽糖 半匙",
做法

1:备料:花生先洗净、泡水,猪脚洗净、汆烫,葱切长段、蒜头略拍、辣椒去蒂、姜切片。

2:晚上睡前,先将花生舖底,再放入猪脚及所有食材、卤汁,加水淹过猪脚即可,设定3小时炖煮(并取消保温设定,让它煮好后直接冷却,方便隔天早上分装、冷藏)。

3:早上起床,分装、冷藏,等到要煮时,直接加热、收汁、调味下即可上菜囉!
