柠檬蔓越莓蛋糕
材料
"中筋面粉 1又1/2杯","泡打粉 1又1/2匙","盐 1/4匙","蛋 2颗","细砂糖 3/4杯","香草精 1/2匙","葡萄籽坚果油 1/2杯","柠檬汁 1/4杯","柠檬皮 适量","(无糖)原味优格 1/2杯","蔓越莓 适量","坚果 适量",
做法

1:取一大锅将蛋、细砂糖、香草精和食用油一起打匀

2:倒入柠檬汁、柠檬皮及原味优格,同样搅拌均匀

3:将面粉、泡打粉、盐一起过筛,再分批慢慢倒入锅中拌匀

4:烤箱预热176度,将蔓越莓拌入面糊后倒入面包烤膜中

5:最后洒上适量坚果,进烤箱约50分钟即可
