菱角排骨汤
材料
"菱角 300g","小排骨 400g","玉米 1条","胡萝卜 50g","姜 20g","水 3200ml","香菜 3株","盐 1小匙","高汤块 1块","米酒 1大匙","白胡椒粉 1/4小匙",
做法

1:排骨汆烫,胡萝卜切块,姜切片,香菜切末

3:将所有食材放进煮锅里,倒入3200ml的水、高汤块和盐,外锅加2米杯水煮

4:开关弹开后加入米酒、白胡椒粉,佐以香菜即可。
