鸡肉焗饭
材料
"白饭 2碗","沙拉油或葵花油 2大匙","鸡胸肉或鸡腿排 1片","洋葱 1/2颗","杏鲍菇 2条","番茄酱 4大匙","鸡粉或味精 1/4平匙","盐 1/4小匙","粗黑胡椒粉 1/4小匙","奶油 20克","面粉 2大匙","牛奶 200毫升","鸡粉 1/4小匙","盐 1/4小匙","黑胡椒 1/4小匙"
做法

1:奶油倒入面粉微波2分钟后搅拌

2:倒入入牛奶微波2分钟后搅拌

3:加入鸡粉和盐及粗黑胡椒粉微波2分钟后搅拌

4:将鸡肉与洋葱及菇类切成丁状

5:将油倒入锅加热,先放鸡肉油煎,再放入洋葱拌炒,放入菇类继续热炒,最后加入白饭

6:依序加入番茄酱,鸡粉与盐及粗黑胡椒粉炒至熟,最后倒入耐热容器

7:倒入焗烤白酱,放入烤箱加热10分钟
