黑豆牡蛎釜饭
材料
"大牡蛎 10只","米酒 1大匙","盐巴 适量","香油 1小匙","洋葱 20g","蒜末 15g","虾米 15g","红萝卜 20g","鸿喜菇 20g","青豆 10g","白米 1杯半","黑豆(泡过一夜) 30g","高汤 350ml","昆布酱油 2大匙","胡椒粉 少许","味霖 1小匙",
做法

1:牡蛎用少许酒及盐巴稍微抓一下,醃10分钟备用

2:锅中倒入香油,将洋葱、蒜末、虾米、红萝卜先爆香

3:再将菇类及青豆加入炒1分钟即盛起备用

4:将米及黑豆倒入拌炒3~5分钟

5:将高汤、昆布酱油、胡椒粉、味霖加入炖煮

6:煮10分钟后,即可加入牡蛎,盖上锅盖再闷煮约5分钟

7:最后将炒好的菇类及红萝卜配料铺在饭上面,再煮2分钟就完成了
