香蕉朱古力蛋糕
材料
"香蕉1只 .","豆奶/牛奶45g .","植物油30g .","云尼拿香油1茶匙 .","糖60g .","盐1/4茶匙 .","低筋面粉100g .","无糖可可粉10g .","泡打粉1/2茶匙 .","黑朱古力40克 .",
做法
用叉将香蕉压成蓉,混合豆奶/牛奶、植物油、云尼拿香油、糖和盐。
筛入低筋面粉、无糖可可粉和泡打粉,用刮刀拌匀。
取出焗模(18cmx8.5cm)铺入牛油纸,倒入面糊,轻轻震出多余气泡。
预热200'C,焗22-25分钟。
用热水座溶黑朱古力,淋上香蕉蛋糕,完成!
