咖哩台湾鲷鱼块

"宏益冷冻水产台湾鲷 1200g","鸡蛋 4颗","蒜头 100g","辣椒 100g","葱 200g","姜 100g","炸油 1锅","盐 适量","胡椒粉 适量","米酒 适量","咖哩粉 适量","低筋面粉 适量","地瓜粉 适量"
做法

1:台湾鲷切块状、葱、姜、蒜头、辣椒切末

2:先将鲷鱼块用盐、胡椒粉、咖哩粉、鸡蛋先醃渍10分钟、再沾裹上低筋面粉跟地瓜粉、拌匀后、先待返潮备用

3:油锅温度升温到180度、放入醃渍好的鱼块炸酥、再捞起沥干油脂

4:锅内倒入少许油、先爆香葱、姜、蒜头、辣椒、再放入炸好的咖哩鱼块、洒上盐、胡椒粉、快速翻炒均匀即可
