卤肉饭
材料
"带皮猪五花肉 半斤(300克)","红葱头 4瓣","大蒜 1~2瓣","白胡椒粉 适量","糖 0.5~1大匙","酱油 4大匙","米酒 1大匙","鸡蛋 看要几粒卤蛋","水 500毫升左右","花生酱 0.5~1大匙","油葱酥 适量","小黄瓜 半条","糖 0.5大匙","盐 1小匙","白醋 1小匙",
做法

1:五花肉跟鸡蛋进滚水煮,五花肉烫30秒内外层变色就拿出来,鸡蛋煮到熟

2:将烫过的五花肉切成小块(自己想要的卤肉饭上面卤肉的大小),红葱头、大蒜切末

3:热一点油,把切好的红葱头和大蒜下锅爆香,之后把切好的五花肉加一大匙酱油放进去炒到上色

4:将水、剩下的酱油、酒、糖、胡椒、花生酱、油葱酥、拨好壳的蛋全部放进锅内小火煮约一小时内就好囉!(不要忘记自己尝尝味道!)

5:小黄瓜切薄片,加糖和盐醃一下出水,再加醋进去,放个半小时内入味就好囉!
