皮蛋瘦肉粥
材料
"柴鱼花 1把","米 量米杯1.5杯","鸡蛋 1颗","皮蛋 3颗","油条 1条","绞肉 200g","盐 适量","姜 5片","香油 少许","胡椒粉 少许","胡萝卜 适量","葱花 适量",

1:备齐材料

2:柴鱼花和米加水一同熬煮到成糊状

3:加入皮蛋,皮蛋直接放汤杓,再用另一只汤匙弄碎

4:姜切丝,胡萝卜切小丁,和绞肉一同入锅煮,最后放塩调味.关火淋上蛋液,静置30秒再搅拌,如此就有漂亮的蛋花.

5:起锅前加胡椒粉.香油及葱花.油条即可.
