肉酱千层面
材料
"白酱 1份","肉酱 1份","千层面 6片","起丝 适量","起司粉 适量","猪绞肉 300克","蕃茄丁 1颗","洋葱(小) 1颗","洋菇丁 6个","蒜末 3瓣","肉桂叶 1~2片","义式面酱 1杯约(250克)","盐 少许","黑胡椒 少许","橄榄油 20cc","奶油 40克","低筋面粉 60克","牛奶 400~450cc","盐 1/4小匙",
做法

1:用少许橄榄油加奶油少了点热量依然美味

2:加入低粉跟牛奶煮至浓稠加点盐巴调匀备用

3:将蒜头.番茄.洋菇.洋葱切丁备用

4:用橄榄油将蒜末洋葱入锅炒香依序加入肉酱.洋菇.蕃茄炒匀后加入义式面酱肉桂叶熬煮最后再用盐巴黑胡椒调整味道备用

5:面皮先用加盐滚水煮约5分钟冷却擦干备用

6:依序放入白酱→面皮→肉酱→起丝.起丝粉重复3层

7:烤箱预热200度~入烤箱烤约25-30分钟美味的千层就完成囉^^

8:上桌
