醉鸡锅
材料
"半只鸡","350毫升鸡汤","250毫升水","100毫升绍兴酒","30克葱段( 3厘米长)","40克姜末","200克大白菜","4-5朵冬菇","10克八角","10克花椒","30克 红萝卜","腌鸡调料","1/4茶匙盐","1/4茶匙胡椒粉"
做法

1:将鸡切成中等大小件,腌制10分钟

2:将大白菜和冬菇洗净

3:在锅里以中高火加热适量油,放入姜葱爆香,再加入鸡件上色,需时2分钟

4:放入八角、花椒、鸡汤、水和绍兴酒煮滚

5:佐以大白菜、冬菇(火锅用)及白米饭
