1:将橄榄油和蜂蜜混合在一起

2:鸡蛋分离蛋黄和蛋清

3:蛋黄打发,蛋清加入糖打发

4:将打发好的蛋黄加入打发好的蛋清中,搅拌均匀

5:加入蛋糕粉、橄榄油蜂蜜、红色食用色素搅拌均匀

6:将面糊倒入烤盆中,铺平

7:放入预热180℃的烤箱中烘焙13分钟,取出放入冰箱冷却

8:制作料心,淡奶油加糖打发至泡起

9:将料心倒入蛋卷皮上铺平,放上桑葚,卷起。在蛋糕上放奶油、桑葚、薄荷,撒上糖粉做装饰,切片。
