粉丝酿鸡翼
材料
"鸡中翼连鸡翼尖 6只","甘笋 1条","西芹 1条","粉丝 1束","生抽 1/2汤匙","麻油 1茶匙","盐及胡椒粉 适量","鸡翼腌料:","生抽 1/2汤匙","麻油 1茶匙","盐及胡椒粉 适量"
做法

1:鸡中翼去骨

2:加生抽、麻油、盐及胡椒粉腌10分钟

3:粉丝浸水至软身,用剪刀剪碎

4:将甘笋及西芹切幼丝

5:烧热锅,加少许油,加入粉丝、甘笋及西芹炒至软身

6:加盐、胡椒粉、生抽及麻油调味

7:将粉丝酿入鸡翼中

8:用牙签密封

9:烧热锅,加少许油,加入鸡翼煎至金黄色及熟透

10:盛起放在厨房纸上吸去多馀油份,洒上少许盐及取出牙签即成
