台南芋粿
材料
"芋头刨丝 750克","壶底油 1大匙","盐 3克","糖 6克","五香粉.胡椒粉 1茶匙","地瓜粉 35克","三层肉 1斤半","红葱头 5颗","蒜末 1小匙","油葱酥 1大匙","蒜酥 1小匙","冰糖 15克","五香粉 1小匙","米酒 2大匙","壶底油 60克","黑酱油 25克","水 1000cc"
做法

1: 芋头刨丝,加入壶底油.盐.糖.五香粉和胡椒粉,拌匀再加入地瓜粉拌到有点黏性

2: 这次用的是直径19公分的圆锅,里面铺烘焙纸,把做法1.平铺上去

4: 再把肉燥舖在芋头丝上,蒸大概40-50分钟

5: 完成后,切块.淋上花生辣椒酱跟古早味油膏,非常对味喔

6: 加些樱花虾爆香,舖在肉燥上一起蒸,也是不错的吃法
