鱼香茄子
材料
"材料:茄子 3-4根","猪肉末/肉丝 100g","青葱&九层塔 2支","辣椒 2支","虾米切末 25g","姜/蒜切末 4片/6粒","辣椒酱 1大匙","调味料:淡色酱油 1/2匙","糖 1小匙","地瓜粉 1小匙","开水 1/2大匙"

1: 做法:猪肉末&肉丝 用酱油.地瓜粉抓ㄧ下备用,

2: 茄子切长段,下油锅翻炒加1-2杯水闷煮软,盛起备用.

4: 再加入茄子烩煮,加酱油.辣椒酱.乌醋.香油.米酒.糖ㄧ点.拌炒即可,盛盘上葱花。
