"豆沙馅 600g","竹碳可可粉 适量","抹茶粉 适量","黑芝麻 适量","高筋面粉 75g","低筋面粉 75g","酥油 55g","糖粉 30g","水 70g","低筋面粉 150g","酥油 60g"
做法

1: 豆沙馅加适量黑芝麻拌匀,分割20等份竹碳粉加少许水拌匀备用 油皮将粉类过筛,加入酥油,糖粉,水,抹茶粉,拌匀成团至不沾手即可 酥皮低粉+酥油,捏拌成团 油皮及酥皮,各分20等分,油皮包酥皮,杆开卷起2次 油酥皮包上豆沙馅,将调好的竹碳液,在上画上纹路入210度烤箱烤约20分(视各家烤箱不同而定)
