蒜味起司鸡

材料

橄榄油Oliveoil 1/4杯cup,蒜末MincedGarlic 2颗clove,面包粉BreadCrumbs 1杯cup,帕马森干酪P.cheese 2/3杯cup,义大利调味料ItalianS. 1小匙tsp.,鸡胸肉ChickenB. 5片pcs

做法

4、将每一个鸡胸肉先均匀沾上橄榄油混和, 再沾上面包粉混和, 一一放置在烤盘上.Dip each chicken breast in the oil mixture first, and then dip in the bread crumb mixture. Arrange the coated chicken breasts in the baking dish.

5、放入烤箱烤约30分钟或者直到鸡肉无红色而且鸡汁完全透明.Bake 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
