凉拌干丝

材料

豆腐丝BeanCurd 230g,芹菜Celery 50g,胡萝卜Carrot 30g,蒜泥MincedGarlic 1/2大匙tbsp.,红辣椒RedPepper 少许Some,水Water 400ml,香油SesameOil 1/2大匙tbsp.,胡椒Pepper 少许Some,盐Salt 少许Some

做法

1、将芹菜, 胡萝卜切丝. 蒜头切碎, 辣椒剥碎. Shred celery and carrot. Mince garlic and red pepper.

2、芹菜丝, 与胡萝卜丝一起入水川烫, 捞出沥干. 放入冷水中降温. Boil celery with shredded carrots for 1 min then take out and put into a bowl of cold water.

3、豆干切丝, 放入滚水中川烫, 捞出沥干, 放入步骤1 的冷水中降温. 将所有捞出沥干备用. Shred dried bean curd, boil for 30 seconds, takes it out and put into the cold water in step 1. Take everything out and drained.

4、放入碗里, ,加入蒜泥, 红辣椒. 淋上所有调味料拌匀. Put into a bowl, add chopped red pepper and minced garlic then all seasonings, mix well.
