青酱海鲜炖饭
材料
"洋葱 1/2颗","培根 3片","洋菇 六颗","青花耶 适量","甜椒 1/2颗","综合海鲜 适量","鲜奶 100ml","鲜奶油 100ml","白酒 200ml","白饭(隔夜) 两碗","青酱 六大匙","帕玛森起士粉 适量",
做法

1: 洋葱、培根、洋菇、甜椒切片

2: 培根、洋葱、洋菇一起炒香

3: 倒入白酒煮滚

4: 隔夜饭先弄散(

5: 倒入鲜奶、鲜奶油 盖锅盖小火慢炖到喜欢的炖饭软度 加入帕玛森起士粉拌匀(增加稠度)最后再加入海鲜闷熟关火后稍微放凉再拌入青酱(避免青酱黄掉)

6: 盛盘后摆上烫熟的甜椒、青花耶生干贝用喷枪炙烧到表面微焦(干贝要买可生等食级)
