材料
"寿司豆皮 12个","虱目鱼浆 2包","白肉鸡胸肉 1包","干香菇 2朵","芹菜 2大匙","姜 4茶匙","荸荠 4大匙","冷冻三色蔬菜 6大匙","盐 1/2茶匙","白胡椒1 1/2茶匙茶匙","黑胡椒 1/2茶匙","冷压芝麻油 1茶匙","酒 1茶匙",
做法

1:干香菇泡水回软、芹菜、荸荠、姜均切碎,冷冻三色蔬菜解冻后略挤去水分切碎

2:鸡胸肉剁成泥(可用机器打泥)与虱目鱼浆及切碎的材料、调味料充分拌匀

3:将馅料填入寿司豆皮约7分满后,豆皮稍微向内反折,再次将寿司豆皮填满

4:以沸水蒸约15分钟,可沾少许酱油膏、甜辣酱即食或与其他食材煮汤、红烧
