材料
"寿喜烧 3大匙","皮蛋 5颗","面线 300g","糖 1.5小匙","柴鱼片 2饭碗","油葱酥 3大匙","大蒜粉 1.5小匙","太白粉 5大匙","香油 适量","白胡椒 适量","黑醋 适量","香菜 适量",
做法

1:备齐材料 皮蛋2颗弄碎,3颗切片备用

2:取一个十人份的汤锅,水装7-8分满,水滚后放柴鱼片及油葱酥.糖.大蒜粉.2颗碎皮蛋一起煮

3:再放入红面线及寿喜烧酱汁

4:取一个碗放入太白粉5大匙及水调成芡水,待面线滚起后一边倒入芡水一边搅拌勾芡至浓稠

5:最后加入切片皮蛋3颗.白胡椒.香油.黑醋.香菜即可享用
