做法

1:奶油炒香洋葱碎.蒜头碎后加入洗好的白米.青豆仁.鸡高汤煮到沸腾后放入烤箱烤熟米饭

2:醃鸡胸肉.放奶油将肉煎到双面上色.放烤箱烤熟

3:锅内下油炒香红蒜头碎.放入菠菜快速拌炒(不要炒到出水)调味即可

4:奶油加热放入面粉煮成面糊状

5:加入牛奶拌开在加入起司煮到完全混合

6:将烤好的鸡肉淋上起司酱已上火明烤箱烤至上色摆盘鸡胸肉下放适量菠菜旁边放上青豆仁饭
