炸土魠鱼条
材料
"土魠鱼 1块","酱油 1大匙","糖 1大匙","五香粉 少许","胡椒粉 1小匙","蒜泥 1小匙","米酒 少许","鸡蛋 1颗","地瓜粉 适量","干香菇 3朵","鲜香菇 3朵","黑木耳 1片","红萝卜丝 少许","笋丝 1小把","酱油 1/2大匙","糖 1/2大匙","柴鱼高汤 500cc","盐巴 适量","胡椒粉 少许","乌醋 1/2大匙","太白粉水 1碗","香菜末 少许",
做法

1:土魠鱼去皮去骨刺 切小块

2:酱油.糖.五香粉.胡椒粉.米酒.蒜泥抓醃一下再加少许蛋液 静置超过10分钟入味

3:裹上地瓜粉

4:中油温约150度下去炸 约2分钟就熟了

5:沥油 撒上椒盐粉 就可以吃了

6:热锅下一点油 羹汤的配料全部放进去拌炒一下

7:加水.柴鱼高汤.香菇水煮滚

8:加调味料~酱油.糖.盐巴 用太白粉水勾芡(不停搅拌) 把剩余的蛋液加进来就可以关火了

9:盛碗 加乌醋 撒上香菜末 开动!!
