西班牙海鲜炖饭
材料
"泰国米 2.5米杯","九孔 7颗","沙虾 12尾","中卷 2尾","花枝丸 6颗","洋葱 半个","红椒 半个","黄椒 半个","红葱头 5瓣","白酒 150ml","鸡高汤 2.5米杯","盐 适量","黑胡椒粉 适量","新鲜欧芹 3小段","柠檬 一颗","蕃茄 ㄧ个","芦笋 6根","橄榄油 2匙","番红花 ㄧ小撮",
做法

1:泰国米洗净泡水20分钟后沥干水分,放入番红花备用

2:洋葱、红葱头、红、黄椒、欧芹切丁、切碎;芦笋切小段;柠檬切片备用

3:九孔洗净、沙虾去肠泥,剪掉虾须、脚,中卷去皮洗净切成圆圈状,花枝丸切片备用

4:大锅(我用的是直径32公分的平底锅)放入橄榄油炒洋葱、红葱头、一半的欧芹

5:加入米、番红花与料炒匀

6:加入2.5米杯的鸡高汤,盖上锅盖以小火煮12分钟至高汤汤汁稍微收干

7:将海鲜、殴芹、芦笋铺满在米饭上、撒上盐、黑胡椒粉、白酒盖上盖子继续煮15-20分钟左右至沙虾变红,中卷变白

8:打开盖子,放入柠檬片即可上桌
