凉拌米血糕
材料
"市售米血糕 约300克","嫩姜 一块","洋葱 半颗","香菜 2棵","花生粉 适量","酱汁: ","酱油 1大匙","香油 适量","红辣椒末 些许","胡椒粉 适量","糖和 1大匙","芝麻酱 1大匙","蚝油 2大匙",
做法

1:把酱汁材料调成综合酱汁备用。嫩姜、洋葱分别切细丝泡冰水后擦干备用。米血糕切成一口大小,用电锅蒸个30分钟左右,软Q为宜(太软太硬口感不佳,食之无味)。把米血糕一一摆盘,半量的嫩姜、洋葱丝、香菜末铺上,淋上综合酱汁;再把另半量重复铺上,最后洒上花生粉即完成。
