简易韩式炒冬粉
材料
"韩式冬粉 150克","红萝卜 1条","洋葱 半个","黑木耳 30克","菠菜 100克","鸡蛋 2个","白芝麻 少许","青葱 1条","韩式辣酱 1~2大匙","酱油 1小匙","盐 1/2小匙","水 100毫升",
做法

1:先将韩式冬粉浸软,再用一锅沸水煮4分钟,沥干水份备用。将黑木耳, 洋葱,红萝卜切幼丝, 青葱切段,菠菜切细

2:热锅下油,先煎蛋饼,然后切成小块备用

3:热锅下油,先炒洋葱,黑木耳及红萝卜数分钟至软身

4:然后下菠菜快炒

5:再下冬粉及所有调味料拌匀

6:最后下葱段及蛋丝,拌匀,洒上白芝麻即成!
