"去骨鸡腿 2只","【醃料】 如下","酱油 一小匙","酒 一小匙"," 一颗","太白粉 2匙","地瓜粉 适量","【沾酱料】 如下","酱油 一大匙","糖 2小匙","鱼露 2匙","柠檬 半颗","蒜头 2颗","辣椒 一根","水 适量","香菜 适量",

做法

  1. step1

    1:去骨鸡腿排先醃制1小时后 沾地瓜粉等5分钟(反潮)

  2. step2

    2:平底锅倒油加热后放入鸡腿排半煎半炸熟起锅放在吸油纸上待凉一会儿切块,倒入综合酱汁即可食用酸酸甜甜好吃又开胃
