百香坚果虾

材料

"去壳虾子 12只","综合坚果干 60g","面包粉 50g","蒜 2颗","百香果 3颗","葱 1支","面粉 20g","盐 适量","胡椒 适量","奶油 15g",

做法

    1:首先将虾子去头去肠泥开背,用盐和胡椒抓醃。将蒜头切末及葱切葱花。将百香果取出果肉及综合果干切成小块。将面包粉炒上色备用。将虾子裹上面粉,用奶油将虾子煎成金黄色,加入蒜末、葱花、面包粉及果干。以盐、胡椒及百香果果肉调味,取出摆盘即可
