好吃的鳯梨酥
材料
"酥皮 20g","自制鳯梨馅 15g","鳯梨去皮 约2000g","冬瓜 约2000g","冰糖 适量","白色水麦芽 4大匙","柠檬 1颗","无盐奶油 210g","盐 一小搓","糖粉 50g","起司粉 12g","蛋 1颗","中筋面粉 300g","奶粉 60g"
做法

1:自制鳯梨馅-先煮滚鳯梨及冬瓜再加入冰糖及麦芽熬煮5小时至收汁后用汤匙挑不会落下

2:酥皮部分先将奶油及盐,糖粉打发后加入起司粉及奶粉跟蛋拌匀最后再拌入中筋面粉

3:放入烤箱先预热200/200烤20~25分,记得烤15分时要翻面,烤完后可以依喜爱包装
