义式肉酱起士卷
材料
"猪绞肉 300克","义面酱 5茶匙","黑醋 1茶匙","酱油 1茶匙","白胡椒粉 1小匙","黑胡椒粉 1小匙","洋香菜粉 少许","起士 适量","蒜末 少许","中筋面粉 1杯","鸡蛋 1颗","盐巴 少许","沙拉油 少许","水 适量",
做法

1:起油锅加入蒜末爆香后将猪绞肉倒入一起翻炒后加入义面酱及所有调味料煮熟后起锅备用

2:中粉过筛后加入鸡蛋及少许盐巴沙拉油适量水调成粉浆热锅后倒入薄薄粉浆煎至两面熟透金黄

3:将取适量步骤1铺在步骤2

4:再撒上熟毛豆仁及起士丝
