材料
"绞肉(细) 110g","葱花 1/2葱","姜末 1/2姜","香菇 2朵","面粉 2T","水 少许","土鸡蛋 4颗","干木耳丝 1朵","笋丝 半支","红萝卜丝 1/4条","姜丝 1/2的姜","葱绿丝 1/2支","盐 1/2小匙","胡椒粉 少许","香油 1/2小匙","盐 1/2小匙","香油 1小匙","太白粉 1.5大匙","水 1.5大匙",
做法

1:将绞肉切细,姜切末,葱切葱花,香菇切粒

2:接着将绞肉.姜末.葱花和香菇粒拌匀

3:再加入调味料1 盐1/2小匙 胡椒粉少许 香油1/2小匙,继续拌匀

4:将4颗鸡蛋打成蛋液

5:先将锅子热锅,再倒入蛋液,可使用圆形煎蛋模型或是直接煎一个圆形再用碗压出需要的大小

6:将煎好的蛋皮包入内馅,再用面糊涂膜于蛋皮边缘

7:包好后,进电锅蒸煮(外锅加1.5杯水)

8:将干木耳切丝,葱切丝,红萝卜切丝,笋切丝,姜切丝

9:起滚水,木耳丝和红萝卜丝烫15秒,葱丝川烫一下,笋丝烫2分

10:起锅,入香油1小匙,爆香一些葱丝和姜丝,加水1杯.其余调味料2 盐1/2小匙煮滚,以调味料3 太白粉水1.5大匙勾芡后,入木耳丝.红萝卜丝.笋丝和剩余的葱丝拌匀,淋于蛋饺上
