"白饭 3碗","虾仁 12尾","蛤蜊 12个","蘑菇 45朵","胡萝卜 适量","玉米笋 4根","小花枝 6尾","奶油 少许","洋葱 1/4颗","海鲜浓汤包 1包","起司丝 适量","起司粉 少许",
做法

1:备料 蘑菇切片.胡萝卜切丝.玉米笋切段

2:花枝切小块

3:海鲜类与玉米笋 先烫8分熟[蛤蜊.虾仁.花枝]

4:干锅 丢奶油热锅

5:先下洋葱先炒微软后.加蘑菇与胡萝卜一起炒

6:海鲜浓汤包...加4冷水调开

7:像这样

8:将调好的海鲜浓汤水....倒入锅中与蔬菜一起煮

9:最后加入海鲜材料一起拌炒...煮至水滚

10:加入白饭...拌炒均匀[此时用小火]

11:拌炒好的海鲜饭装入盘中...撒上起司丝

12:入烤箱 180-200/15分钟 起锅前.洒点起司粉即可享用~~美味的海鲜焗烤饭
