枫叶海鲜炖饭
材料
"橄榄油 适量","米 半杯","青酱 30g","水 适量","橄榄油 适量","月桂叶 1片","蒜末 适量","盐 适量","牛奶 适量","米 半杯","红酱 80g","水 适量","橄榄油 适量","月桂叶 1片","蒜末 适量","盐 适量","虾 10只","蛤蜊 适量"
做法

1:热锅放橄榄油,将生米、月桂叶放入锅内一起拌炒炒香

2:再加入蒜末和黑胡椒一起炒

3:加入水或高汤淹过米,将米煮熟(等水快干了后再次加入水,总共加入3-4次)在煮的过程中另煮一锅水,将海鲜料烫熟

4:将煮好的米分成两锅 一锅煮红酱、一锅煮青酱,红酱:将红酱加入饭中拌炒均匀青酱:加入些许鲜奶,起锅前再将青酱加入拌匀即可

5:摆盘就完成囉~
