绞肉咖喱
材料
"牛绞肉 300g","洋葱 1个","薯仔 1个","甘笋 1条","玉米粒 半盒","蒜蓉 1大匙","椰浆 1小盒","咖喱膏 1小匙","糖 1大匙","黑胡椒粉 1小匙","洋葱粉 1小匙","酱油 1大匙","粟粉 1大匙"
做法

1:牛绞肉先用醃料醃至少半小时

2:洋葱、薯仔、甘笋分别绞碎/切碎

3:烧热锅子,下一点油,先爆香蒜蓉,再下牛绞肉炒熟,剩起备用

4:同一个锅子,下一点油,下咖喱膏爆香,下洋葱碎炒软,再把薯仔碎、甘笋碎拌炒均匀,加盖小火煮3分钟再加牛绞肉及粟米粒拌入,下一点盐和糖调味后,逐少加入椰浆,边试味边加入至自己想要的甜辣度即可
