泰味薯泥秋刀鱼
材料
"秋刀鱼 2条","马铃薯 160G","面粉 20G","盐 适量","胡椒粉 适量","米酒 一茶匙","柠檬汁 0.5茶匙","柠檬汁 一大匙","糖 一大匙","鱼露 0.5大匙","红辣椒 适量","葱 一根","蒜泥 0.5大匙","泰式酸辣酱 一大匙",
做法

1:秋刀鱼去骨

2:夹出小刺

3:将肉刮下剁成泥

4:马铃薯蒸熟或中高温微波3分钟至熟压成泥

5:与鱼肉拌匀调味

6:加面粉拌匀

7:放模型中,用烤箱170度正反面烤20分钟(依大小改变时间)或直接煎熟

8:取出放锅中煎至两面金黄(烤过再煎只要用少量油,更健康)

9:酱汁搅拌均匀
