菇菇鸡蕃茄炖饭
材料
"米 一杯","水 1.5~1.8杯","鸡腿肉 110G","起司 25G","黑胡椒 适量","奶油 一块","洋葱 30G","杏鲍菇 50G","香菇 40G","蕃茄 一颗","盐 1/4茶匙","柴鱼粉 一茶匙","酱油 一茶匙","米酒 一茶匙","地瓜粉 一茶匙",
做法

1:鸡肉切丁加酱油醃一下与地瓜粉拌匀

2:炒至7分熟取出

3:蔬菜切丁

4:奶油爆香洋葱,放菇炒出香味再放蕃茄

5:加米放水调味再放入炒好的鸡丁煮开(水依个人喜欢的湿度做调整,我用了1.6杯的水)

6:倒入容器中

7:用电锅一杯水至跳起后闷30分

8:加入起司与黑胡椒

9:搅拌均匀即可食用
